Flyers and Signage – The distinctive Windermere yard sign with a weather friendly brochure box, along with directional signs and high quality color information flyers will be placed in your yard and home.
Just Listed Marketing – It is important marketing to let the neighbors know that your house is on the market as you never know where the next buyer could be coming from. I also let them know to expect increased traffic and my open house schedule as a service.
Special Features Cards – These are placed around your home to highlight your home’s special and not-so-apparent features.
Home Book – A book containing information on property tax, schools, improvements and repairs, property history, local amenities, and more will be left in your home for potential buyers to peruse.
Online Marketing – The NWMLS and Windermere do an amazing job of getting buyers online aware of your listing. It will be found on Zillow, Redfin, Trulia, REALTOR.com and many more – dozens of websites, in fact!
Leading Real Estate Companies of the World – Windermere is affiliated with this top-notch real estate network that syndicates listings all around the world – including yours!
Facebook – I promote your listing on my Facebook account including potential buyers. Plus you can share this on your own page to get the word out!
Open Houses – I am a firm believer that open houses get buyers excited about your house. Excited buyers can lead to offers. Depending on your custom home marketing plan and if your home is a good candidate for an open house, I will host a first weekend kickoff on both days. We will plan for additional open houses as needed.
Brokers Opens – These are open to other real estate brokers and help get the word out to brokers who are representing buyers for homes like yours. I even include lunch to get as many brokers in the door as possible.
